1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the OneButtonMix application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

OneButtonMix provides AI-powered audio mixing, mastering, and enhancement services. The App allows users to upload audio files and receive professionally processed audio output.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Pricing

  • Monthly Subscription: $49.99 USD per month

  • Free Trial: 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers

3.2 Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

  • Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • The renewal cost is $49.99 USD per month

3.3 Managing Your Subscription

  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings

  • Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → OneButtonMix

  • Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Content

4.1 Your Rights

You retain all ownership rights to audio files you upload to OneButtonMix. We do not claim ownership of your content.

4.2 License to Us

By uploading content, you grant OneButtonMix a limited license to process your audio files solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

4.3 Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload content that:

  • Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights

  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by EarHouse Technology and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EARHOUSE TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
